* These are the services and tools that I personally use in my own business and swear by. I have compared MANY, and now recommend and use the ones that I find the least expensive and the most user-friendly. A few of the above are affiliate or referral links though this has no sway on the resources I recommend.
Squarespace - $18/month. I switched from Wordpress to Squarespace 3 years ago and haven't looked back. Squarespace is user friendly, great for SEO, and allows you to create a visually stunning site without knowing how to code.
Email marketing, Landing Page Builder, popups + Sign Up Forms
Convertkit: This is my favorite Email Marketing Software. It's simple, streamlined, has great deliverability rates, and saves me INCREDIBLE amounts of time, energy and frustration.
Mailchimp: Great for the first year or two of business, but beyond that, do yourself a favor and go with Convertkit.
Squarespace: Squarespace now has a built in email management that might be worth trying if you're already using Squarespace for easy integrations.
Trello - Free. Trello is my secret weapon for staying on top of things. Though I still use this paper planner, Trello is perfect for keeping tabs on the big picture. I use it to map out my annual and quarter goals, plan out my content strategy, and breakdown the bigger projects that I have going on. At the beginning of everyday, I open my Trello board and my calendar. I then brain dump everything all of the to-do's that are occupying my mind. And finally, I choose my "daily top 3" to make sure that I am prioritizing high-leverage actions that are aligned with my bigger intentions for the quarter.
Dubsado - $30/month. Use my link and save 20%! I love Dubsado for saving time, energy and worry in my business. It allows me to track and followup with leads, create forms and questionnaires for clients, send invoices and client agreements, receive payment, and track income. And, it keeps all client communication in one place (So long email mayhem!)
Social Media Management
Boardbooster - From $5/month. I love Pinterest as a social media platform. BoardBooster is a pin scheduling tool for bloggers. It helps manage Pinterest accounts by automatically spreading new pins over ideal pinning hours. It can also save you time by repinning new blog posts to collaborative boards, and help you discover viral pins. If you are using Pinterest as a primary social media and marketing strategy, Boardbooster is a must-have.
Social Pilot - Free. Social Pilot is my go to Social Media Management tool. I use the free plan and find that it gives me everything I need to stay on top of social media without it taking over my life.
Planoly - Free. I love using Planoly to batch all of my month's instagram posts in a day.

Canva - Free. Canva makes graphic design amazingly simple for everyone, by bringing together a drag-and-drop design tool with a library of more than 1 million stock photographs, graphic elements and fonts.
JPEG MINI - Free. Shrink the file size of your graphics so your site stays speedy! http://www.jpegmini.com/
PDF Escape - Free. An online, free PDF reader, free PDF editor & free PDF form filler. View PDF documents on the web. Fill out PDF forms quickly without Adobe Acrobat. No watermarks or registration required.
Unsplash - Free. Beautiful high quality free images and photos you can download and use for any project. No attribution required.
Kaboom Pics - Free. Another great site for free photos with color palette ideas for branding!

Digisigner - Free up to 3 contracts/ month. Sign documents online using electronic signature. Get legally binding signatures from others. Contracts are a must-have in your business before taking payment from clients.
Sign Now - Only $5/ month. This is a tool worth investing in. Though Digisigner is free and great when you're just starting out, SignNow allows you to upload templates and just tweak them for each client which will save you loads of time!
Acuity - Free with Squarespace! My favorite scheduling software. Acuity solves so many of my needs with one streamlined, beautiful tool. I can accept payment, have clients fill out intake forms, have clients schedule, autoupdate my google calendar, and send reminder and followup emails all with Acuity. It's streamlined and seamless for clients, and pain-free for me!
Wave - Free! Free accounting software that seamlessly integrated financial services. Wave is really awesome because even if you use the same bank account for business and personal, you can split transactions AND categorize both your personal and business transactions. This is different from several of the quickbooks options in this way, and allows you to run reports for both your personal spending and your business spending. Tax time will be easier for your business, and you'll be able to keep tabs on your personal finances all in one spot.
